I'm happy to announce that we'll be hosting a special screening and afterparty for Alexander Olch's The Windmill Movie on Wednesday June 24. 

Buy tickets for the 8 or 10 pm show at Film Forum for the 24th and bring your stub to the door at Greenhouse (150 Varick Street) around the corner beginning at 11 pm for a special afterparty.  My Cousin Roy (Mr. Wurst himself) and I will be DJing some sexy disco jams and you'll get 1 free drink with your stub!

The movie was reviewed today in the Times, the trailer is on the site as well.  For a little more about director Richard Rogers (the subject of the film) check out this article by close friend David Ansen.

My friend and maker of ties (and films) Alexander Olch finally got the Selby treatment.  I have not yet ventured into the wonderful chaos that is his atelier but will report back soon on it...

Olch's film "The Windmill Movie" is making its theatrical debut in major cities this summer.  Catch it at the Film Forum in New York from June 17 - 30th.  Stay tuned for a special screening event.

Was in DC this weekend for a wedding.

Trying to stay cool this week and checked out a few cool NYC docs yesterday at Tribeca Film Festival.  Celine Danhier's Blank City was my favorite so far.
