Wow. Friday night was insane. That's all I can say. Thanks to everyone who freaked out like it was the end of the world. I had a blast and I know Faux Punk did as well. Stay tuned for news on a Faux Punk party in a city near you.

Monday, December 31, New Year’s Eve at APT
A New York City New Year’s Eve
Music Curated By New York Labels Rong Music and Wurst Edits
Featuring New York DJs My Cousin Roy (Wurst), DJ Spun (Rong), Liv Spencer from Still Going (DFA), and Lee Douglas (Wurst/Rong)
10p - late / open bar and classic New York hors d’oeuvres from 10p – 1a for $100 / $25 after 1a for general entry / email newyears@aptwebsite.com to reserve space / (disco, house, classic techno, and other celebratory stuff)
There’s always so much pomp and circumstance that goes along with New Year’s Eve that it can be a bit of a drag. We decided we’d take a little of that pressure off and do it simple New York style. From 10p to 1a we’re doling out the cocktails like, er, Manhattans? and passing out hot dogs and pretzels. And the soundtrack for the evening couldn’t be more New York: APT residents DJ Spun (Rong) and My Cousin Roy (Wurst) are bringing in their boys Liv Spencer from Still Going (DFA) and Lee Douglas (Wurst, Rong) to throw down that disco, jazz funk, and house to make you feel right at home. Let’s not forget we’re gonna keep that music going til the wee hours—classic New York City style…
Happy New Year!
All kinds of action coming your way in 2008, the first of which is our big People Don't Dance No More 1 Year Anniversary party with Metro Area and Tim Sweeney Friday at Studio B.
Don't forget to get a ticket to our first big throw down of 2008. (Now fabulously hosted by Miss Chase!)

NYE NYC
You know I'm going to be at APT with the Rong/Wurst crew...but if I could magically be everywhere at once...not to mention being able to stay up til 8 am:
Jacques Renault, Eamon Harkin, and Holy Ghost! killing it with Moby and Slick Rick at Studio B

Brodinski from Paris at Club 205

Be safe...see you Friday.
